Inclusive Employment is part of our mission. Millions of people with a disability were unemployed in 2023. “The unemployment rate for people with a disability (7.2 percent) was little changed in 2023, while the rate for those without a disability was unchanged over the year at 3.5 percent.

Supporting Small Businesses and Startups

At Micro-Easy, we consult small businesses and startups, specializing in Veterans and people with disabilities. We aim to provide the knowledge, experience, and strategies to sustain our clients' businesses and, upon request, offer computer skills or services to enhance and support them.

Despite Bart's Hiring policy favoring internal candidates, they made a unique decision to hire Mike, a Micro-Easy I.T. graduate... This decision was influenced by Mike's hands-on experience and I.T. industry certification, underscoring the value of practical skills in the hiring process.
Two employees of U.S. Postal Services (Samuel and Rashida) worked at different branches. Their company offered positions contingent on acquiring Microsoft Office skills. Both completed the program and got promoted. Samuel's ability to perform a spreadsheet task and email the report to his supervisor while he was still learning Microsoft Excel, highlights the practical application of the skills acquired.
A certified public accountant, Gabriel needed more Microsoft Office skills to find a permanent position. After completing his Microsoft skills at Micro-Easy, California State hired him.

This is the best place to take your computer, I have been taking my computers here for over 20 years. I have taken classes here and had computers fixed here, and have always been and remain a happy customer. Those that I have referred have walked away happy as well. I have had computers completed before time, and computers that took a little longer; sometimes one item is fixed, then the computer needs something else, like a special part at a price which I am usually willing to pay. In any event I am always kept aware of the status/ETA of my system. Troubleshooting a computer is not black and white, it is a gray area.....which I leave to Microeasy computer.
